OLLARISCA – Creative and Artistic Atelier

OLLARISCA is a ceramic shop, artistic atelier and gallery in the heart of Porto, just next to the Clérigos Tower.

It was born from a passion for ceramics and handmade creation, with a desire to celebrate clay as a form of expression, art, and identity.

Inspired by the Portuguese words olaria (pottery) and risca (a soft stroke or mark), the name reflects the soul of the project: to create with time, with heart, and with intention.

More than a brand, OLLARISCA is an invitation — to explore, to experiment, and to value what is handmade.

With a programme open to all ages — even those who’ve never tried ceramics before — this is a space to get your hands dirty, laugh, learn, and create at your own rhythm.

Workshops for everyone — no experience needed

At OLLARISCA, we host workshops designed for all levels.

Each session is a chance to explore traditional ceramic techniques in a relaxed, creative environment, guided by experienced professionals.

• Clay hand-building (pinch pot) – 2h

• Potter’s wheel experience – 2h

• Taylor Made workshops – tailor-made for groups, schools, companies, or events
